Payment Plan Terms

It is important to ensure that you have the funds available when your QSN^® Stop Smoking Program payment plan payment is due from the debit or credit card details provided, as failure to pay will incur you extra fees and charges.

Please note the following terms and conditions:

If you are paying using our payment plan a set-up fee of $13.75 will be charged.
We will charge you 1.6% credit card or debit card fee per weekly payment.
If we are unable to process a weekly payment due, we may charge a late payment fee of $12.00 per weekly payment missed.
If you are paying using our payment plan and do fail to pay, we reserve the right to hand your file to a Collections Agency and pursue your debt in Court and notify Credit Reporting Agencies.
If we have to pass your file to our Collections Agency a fee of $25.00 will be added to your account.
